With diet, you will consume acidic foods and totally avoid alkaline foods.  This isn’t as hard as it may sound.  It can also be relatively short term if you are very diligent.  There’s some confusion that this means limiting your caloric intake.  This is wrong.  You should not limit how much you are taking in, just what types of foods you are consuming.

The second method is douching to raise your PH. Many people make the mistake of going blindly into this. They try vinegar and water and hope for the best.  You can do so much better.  There are recipes based on your individual reading that is stronger than what you’d get in a store.  And, you should always continue to test as you douche so that you can immediately see how well your efforts are working or if you need to be more aggressive.

Finally, you can combine both of these methods.  This often yields the fastest results, but some people aren’t excited by the idea of having so much to think about it. However, if you’re really diligent and see through testing what is giving you the best results, you truly should have to do this for very long.
